Founder

Insight Coaching was founded by Monty West, a C-level HR executive with more than 30 years of  experience.  The most rewarding part of his career has been partnering with executives, and those aspiring to become executives, to help them realize all of the capability, creativity, and problem-solving skills they posses to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and become the person they aspire to become.
