Insight Coaching was founded by Monty West, a C-level HR executive with more than 30 years of experience. The most rewarding part of his career has been partnering with executives, and those aspiring to become executives, to help them realize they already possess the capability, creativity, and problem-solving skills needed to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and become the person they aspire to become.
